Review Desk — Acceptable Use Policy

Review Desk is for small service businesses to hear from their own customers and invite reviews. This policy is part of our Terms of Service.

Not for healthcare

Review Desk is not designed to create, receive, store or transmit protected health information (PHI) as defined under the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA). Customers that are covered entities or business associates under HIPAA, including medical, dental, mental health, counseling, imaging, therapy and pharmacy providers, may not use Review Desk to contact patients or to store patient information. Strategic Online Corp. does not sign business associate agreements. Customers are responsible for making sure the contact information they enter is appropriate to share with us.

You may not

• Enter patient information, or anything about someone's health, anywhere in Review Desk — including names, notes, comments, email wording or forwarded emails.
• Contact people who aren't your own customers, or buy or import contact lists.
• Put details about the service, visit or anything health-related into email or text wording.
• Offer discounts, gifts or anything else in exchange for reviews, or ask only happy customers for reviews.
• Write, request or post fake reviews.
• Send messages that are misleading, harassing or unlawful, or ignore unsubscribe or stop requests.
• Try to break, overload or get around the security of the service.

If something goes wrong

If you enter information that shouldn't be here, tell us right away at support@strategiconlinecorp.com and we'll delete it. We may pause an account that breaks this policy.
